An engaged, live audience has the ability to actively participate by leaving their own questions and comments during the pitch, and also instantly and easily buy tokens for any projects that catch their attention.

The Pitch Investors Live app is available on the iOS App Store,it connects unaffiliated entrepreneurs or project teams who wish to sell blockchain tokens as a method of Capital Accumulation to prospective customers who are using the app.Potential customers can request the entrepreneur or team to pitch their product and explain the benefits,costs,risks and other pertinent information via a live streaming video.Simultaneously other app users can watch and participate via text.The app does not endorse or recommend any entrepreneurs or project teams.Its function is to provide an easier way for project teams to connect with potential investors.
The PITCH project empowers entrepreneurs/startups to easily connect with investors, business experts, and live audiences. It will power the future of token sales for projects of all sizes.

The entrepreneur is notified that they have a chance to PITCH live
-When a potential token sale customer wants to speak to an entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is notified and the two go live online.Immediately,followers of each user are notified so that they can tune in.Since the only available user interface currently is an iOS app, these notifications are currently delivered entirely using Apple’s APNS system.

To purchase PITCH during the token sale,participants will send ETH to our token sale contract addresses,which will be displayed on our landing page and we will immediately transfer ERC-20 tokens to the same address that sent the ETH.Participants will be invited to purchase tokens only after we have reviewed and accepted their identity.

We will offer 20% of the limited number of tokens via a series of eight (8) rounds,each offering the same number of tokens.Each round will have a fixed price that is higher than that of the previous round.When the tokens available for the first round are all sold,the second round will begin and so on until all tokens are sold.
